Daddy Issues – “High Street”

Exactly one week from today, Nashville fuzz-rock trio Daddy Issues are releasing their debut full-length, Deep Dream. We've already heard "In Your Head," "I'm Not," and "Locked Out," and now they've shared a new one called "High Street," which chronicles the emotional aftermath of a breakup. "I think this song is about being hurt at first and then getting over it and becoming friends again," Jenna Moynihan told Tidal, where the song premiered. "Openly being like ‘fuck you’ to each other but just dealing with it in your own way. You’re both kind of sad, because it wasn’t a bad relationship. It was just an honest breakup." Listen below.

Deep Dream is out 5/19 via Infinity Cat Recordings. Pre-order it here.
