In a couple of weeks, Pink Floyd frontman Roger Waters will release Is This The Life We Really Want?, his first solo album in almost 25 years. We’ve already heard “Smell The Roses” and “Déjà Vu” from it, and today he’s shared a third, a maudlin ballad called “The Last Refugee.” This one comes attached to a video that features two women dancing in empty rooms, one that’s well-off and another that’s not so much, and it plays off the contrast between the two.
