“Cash Me Outside” Girl Postpones Two-Date Tour
Danielle Bregoli, the 14-year-old from Florida whose “Cash Me Outside” catchphrase on Dr. Phil launched her to internet fame, is postponing a two-date test tour scheduled for Florida and Texas.
Bregoli’s manager Adam Kluger says the tour was postponed after “several new opportunities” were presented to Bregoli.
“We have some very interesting initiatives for Danielle that we hope to announce soon,” Kluger tells Billboard, explaining the decision “to pull the shows the day before tickets went on sale” and focus on a larger, yet-to-be announced project.
Kluger said he believes Bregoli’s two test shows July 8 at Revolution Live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and July 9 at the House of Blues in Houston would have been a success. “We saw every indication that the tour was going to sell out,” he tells Billboard. If the two shows had sold out, Bregoli was on track to pocket $100,000 on the Live Nation-backed dates. Bregoli is co-managed by Kluger and Dan Roof, with Kenny Layton at WME serving as booking agent.
Bregoli doesn’t sing or perform, but her canceled shows were going to include a musical element with her dancing and inviting other musicians onstage.
“She’ll be vibing some records and she’ll do a live Q&A with the audience and have some one-on-one moments with people on the stage,” Kluger explained in a May interview.
Bregoli was first made famous on an episode of Dr. Phil titled “I Want To Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried To Frame Me For A Crime.” Since that episode, Bregoli has seen her fame and fortune rise, attracting 10 million followers on Instagram and a number of paid endorsement deals.
