Crumb are a Brooklyn-via-Boston quartet fronted by Lila Ramani, and together they make an intoxicating and enchanting fusion of jazz, rock, and oozy psychedelia. Locket is their second EP following a 2016 self-titled debut and it sees the band growing only more assured. "Recently Played" and early single "Plants," which we named one of the best songs of the week when it came out, demonstrate what they can do in more concise packages, but the back half of the EP shows how they can expand and contract in delightfully creepy manners, with Ramani's soulful voice as a constant tether. Listen to the Locket EP below.
