Nicki Minaj Performs At Inaugural NBA Awards, Gets Key To Queens
Nicki Minaj skipped last night’s BET Awards, and for the first time in seven years, she didn’t win Best Female Hip-Hop Artist. Instead, the trophy went to her rival Remy Ma, who took the opportunity to reignite their feud in her acceptance speech. But Nicki’s still been busy — earlier today, she was honored with the key to the city of her hometown of Queens, New York, which was awarded to her by borough president Melinda Katz. And tonight, she made her way to Manhattan for the inaugural NBA Awards at Basketball City at Pier 36, hosted by her freqent collaborator and Young Money labelmate Drake, where she performed “Realize” with 2 Chainz in addition to “No Frauds” and “Swish Swish.” Watch below.
