Stream Vic Mensa The Autobiography
The young Chicago rapper Vic Mensa has built himself a name ever since releasing his impressive 2013 mixtape Innanetape. He’s released a few bangers and a couple of EPs, but he’s only just now getting around to releasing The Autobiography, his debut album. We’ve posted his high-concept plane-crash video for “Rage,” as well as Pharrell/Saul Williams collab “Wings” and the Pusha T collab “OMG.” The album also features appearances from a wide range of guests, including Syd, Chief Keef, The-Dream, Joey Purp, and Ty Dolla $ign. (Weezer are also credited as a guest, but I’m pretty sure that’s just a sample.) No I.D., who just produced all of JAY-Z’s new album 4:44, serves as executive producer. And right now, you can stream the whole album at NPR.
The Autobiography is out 7/28 on Roc Nation.
