Though their namesake may be small, the music that the New Jersey band Prawn make is anything but, pulling strands of emo, punk, and post-rock into its sparkling guitars and explosive crescendos. Next month, they’re following up 2014’s Kingfisher (and 2015’s excellent split with Moving Mountains) with a new album called Run, and today they’ve shared its surging lead single “North Lynx.” Hear it below.
