Kevin Gates was sentenced to 30 months in prison after pleading guilty to an outstanding weapons charge back in April and prior to that, Gates was imprisoned for kicking a female fan in the chest while he was performing. Today, the Baton Rouge-based rapper shared a letter to his fans (after posting a brief quote from it on Instagram yesterday) and debuted a video for his single “What If" along with it.
