Sharon Jones passed away one year ago today. And last night, her backing band the Dap-Kings honored her on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, performing "Sail On" and "Searching For A New Day" from their new album Soul Of A Woman. During the latter song, Questlove dropped the needle on a record of Jones singing as a tribute video played behind the band. Watch below.
