Every year, Norwegian singer-songwriter Sondre Lerche celebrates Christmas by covering one of the year’s big pop songs. Last year, it was Ariana Grande’s “Into You.” The year before that, it was “Hotline Bling.” And this year, he’s decided to do “Bad Liar,” the Justin Tranter and Julia Michaels-penned, Talking Heads-sampling Selena Gomez song. Lerche recorded his version in Bergen last night with Young Dreams’ Matias Tellez, and you can hear it below.
