In October of 2017, Offset proposed to Cardi B onstage at a show in Philly. Offset was later caught cheating on Cardi, which she forgave him for but based some of the lyrical content of her debut album Invasion Of Privacy on. The rapper has since announced that she’s pregnant with a baby girl, and just last week Rolling Stone ran a cover story on the couple reported from their home in Atlanta.

Now, TMZ is reporting that Cardi and Offset already tied the knot in their bedroom. According to a source, Offset woke up one day and asked Cardi to marry him on the spot. Offset then reportedly called an officiant over to the house and Cardi’s cousin was their witness. A marriage certificate issued by the state of Georgia reveals that the couple made it official in September of 2017, a month before Offset made his public proposal. TMZ reports that there will be an official ceremony once Cardi gives birth.

UPDATE: Cardi B confirmed TMZ’s report via Twitter. “There are so many moments that I share with the world and then there are moments that I want to keep for myself! Getting married was one of those moments!” she wrote. Read more below.
