Oneohtrix Point Never – “The Station” & “We’ll Take It” Videos
Daniel Lopatin released his new Oneohtrix Point Never album Age Of a couple of months ago, and this Friday, he’s releasing a follow-up EP containing three new songs. Those three new songs will be packaged on the digital EP alongside “The Station,” the album cut that he originally wrote for Usher, and released as a physical 12″ with a different Age Of track, “We’ll Take It.”
Today, Lopatin has shared music videos for both “The Station” and “We’ll Take It.” The former is stark and mostly black-and-white animation, depicting a person bound in chains, while the latter is a wild 3D-animated clip featuring grotesque characters from 0PN’s Myriad live shows. The videos, described by Lopatin as “two tales from the excess/bondage cusp,” showcase the work of illustrator Daylen Seu and visual artist Nate Boyce and the Last Renaissance. Watch both below.
Age Of is out now via Warp. The Station digital EP and the We’ll Take It 12″ will be out on 7/27.
