Canadian musician Colin Stetson made a name for himself in the film scoring sphere with his horrifying soundtrack to Ari Aster’s debut feature Hereditary in 2018 — we interviewed him about it back when the movie came out — and it was recently revealed that Stetson has completed another new score.

As Exclaim! pointed out a couple days ago, Stetson did the original score for the Richard Stanley-directed Color Out Of Space, an upcoming H.P. Lovecraft adaptation that stars Nicolas Cage. In a tweet, Stetson teases: “I cannot wait for you all to see this madness.”

The film will debut at the Toronto International Film Festival next month.
