G-Eazy Is Now Out Here Covering Bob Dylan & The xx
Last month, G-Eazy made the, um, curious choice to cover Radiohead and the Beatles. The Oakland rapper is at it again. He’s just put out two more covers. One is of Bob Dylan’s “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right,” from 1963’s The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan. The other is of the xx’s “VCR,” from their debut album which turned 10 years old last year.
The results … are what they are! As some wise friends in Anthrax and Suicidal Tendencies said last week when they covered Billie Eilish: “We like all different forms of music so if Ya Don’t like anything, keep it to yourself.” You can hear G-Eazy’s take on Dylan and the xx below.
