Last month, the anonymous force Superdestroyer announced his new album Nelson Comes To Visit, explaining that it “blends Sega osts, chiptune, punk, 90s RnB, 80s pop + more.” On Tuesday, he shared the lead single “:::green:::hill:::.”
“:::green:::hill:::” is a glitchy wonderland, as to be expected from the idiosyncratic Columbus-based project (who also runs the label Lonely Ghost). He’s also selling retro game cartridges of the album that comes with a download of the LP, all versions of mixes and demos, a case, and an instruction manual with lyrics and liner notes.
