Mac DeMarco releases Guitar this Friday. The singles — "Home" and "Holy" — have been succinct, pleasant gems, and yesterday's "Phantom," the final preview, is the best one yet.
"Phantom" is the shortest yet, clocking in at under two minutes, using the little space he has to contemplate the line between reality and fantasy. It has the intimate melancholy of a song like 2015's "Another One," but it's even more stripped-down and sparse. Listen below.
