Pavement's fourth full-length might not receive as many "classic" mentions as Slanted & Enchanted, Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain, or Wowee Zowee, but the fourth installment in Matador and Domino's Deluxe Pavement plan (out 11/18), which remasters the original CD and collects all things Pavement circa 1997 (b-sides, comp tracks, unreleased material like "Neil Hagerty Meets Jon Spencer In A Non-Alcoholic Bar," etc.), should remind folks there was life after the band's rangier period.
