Back in 2022, the Oslo hardcore band Draümar stormed out of the gate with their D'KRIG EP. It's been a minute, but they're ready to unveil their debut LP. The self-titled album will drop next month on Static Shock, and a pair of connected tracks are out today as a teaser.
Draümar begins and ends with references to John Carpenter’s Assault On Precinct 13, and original Bannlyst vocalist Finn Erik Tangen guests on "Herrene." Today they're sharing "Atomvinter I" and "Atomvinter II," the former a measured alley-oop, the latter an emphatic slam dunk. They even break out some heavy metal finger tapping for the climax.
