Billie Eilish's “Wildflower" won the Grammy for Song Of The Year. The songwriters' award was presented to Eilish and her brother/creative partner Finneas by Carole King, whose magnum opus Tapestry turns 55 this year. "Wildflower" was up against Bad Bunny's “DTMF,” Doechii's “Anxiety,” Huntr/x's “Golden," Kendrick Lamar and SZA's “Luther,” Lady Gaga's “Abracadabra,” Rosé and Bruno Mars' “Apt.,” and Sabrina Carpenter's “Manchild.” It's Eilish and Finneas' third career win for Song Of The Year — they previously took home the Grammy in this catregory in 2024 for “What Was I Made For?” and 2020 for "Bad Guy."

“I don’t feel like I need to say anything but that no one is illegal on stolen land," Eilish said. "It’s really hard to know what to say and what to do right now. I feel really hopeful in this room, and I feel like we need to keep fighting and speaking up and protesting. Our voices really do matter, and the people matter, and fuck ICE.” She was one of dozens of Grammy nominees wearing "ICE OUT" pins at this year's awards, including Justin Bieber, Kehlani, Justin Vernon, Jack Antonoff, Amy Allen, Brandi Carlile, and more.
