We haven't heard from Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever since their last album Endless Rooms came out in 2022. But today the Aussie jangle-rockers are ending that hiatus with the shimmery, six-minute "Sunburned In London."
"As a band, we have always made songs about cities," the band's Tom Russo explains in a press release. "I was thinking about sensory overload and relentless beauty, and the creeping feeling in the streets that the party’s winding up and the lights are about to come on.”
"Sunburned In London" arrives with a live video shot at Melbourne's Northcote Theatre, with Stella Donnelly, Sophie Ozard, and Julia Wallace on backing vocals and keys. Check that out along with the studio version below.
