In a couple months, Makthaverskan are releasing their new album Glass And Bones. We've already gotten a peak at the project with the singles "Pity Party" and "Louie." (The former we dubbed one of the best tracks from that week.) Today the Swedish post-punk group release "Black Waters," the last of the singles from their forthcoming fifth album.
"Black Waters" is not as punchy as the previous singles. Instead, it's chilling. Maja Milner's vocals threaten to tear at the seams of the song. They ebb and flow alongside an echoey electric guitar. It's a bit haunting, but also a bit comforting. Listen below.
Glass And Bones is out 4/3 via Welfare Sounds & Records.
