Filth Is Eternal – “Hellfire”

Shelby Natasha

On Friday, Seattle rockers Filth Is Eternal will release Impossible World, a new album that features people like the Blood Brothers, Johnny Whitney, Fall Out Boy's Joe Trohman, and Baroness' Gina Gleason. We've already posted their singles "Stay Melted" and "Long Way." Today, they've shared one final advance track.

"Hellfire," Filth Is Eternal's latest, is a spirited riff-attack that sounds more like first-wave grunge than anything I've heard from this band in the past. The guitar solo moves into full-on metal territory. The band says that the song is about "committing yourself to fighting for a better world at all costs." Check out director Marcy Stone-Francois' animated-ish video below.

Impossible World is out 3/17 on MNRK Heavy.
