The indie-rock nostalgia festival Just Like Heaven will make its annual return to Pasadena this summer, bringing your favorite indie bands from the 2000s to the present to Brookside At The Rose Bowl on Saturday, Aug. 22.
The Strokes and LCD Soundsystem, titans of New York's Meet Me In The Bathroom era, will make the trek out to California for this year's fest. The rest of the bill is heavy on the blog-rock of yesteryear as usual, but there's a pretty solid number of more current artists on there too. The names are as follows: TV Girl (making their only US appearance of the year), Feist, the Rapture, Chromeo, the recently reunited Twin Peaks (making their only appearance outside Chicago this year), George Clanton, Coco & Clair Clair, Ekkstacy, Matt And Kim, Dayglow, Whitney, Porches, STRFKR, Pixel Grip, This Is Lorelei, Tanlines, Girl Tones, Them Jeans, and the traveling dance party A Club Called Rhonda.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 20 at 11 a.m. PT. Go here to register for access.
