Horse Lords are back. The long-running experimental rock band of guitarist Owen Gardner, bassist Max Eilbacher, drummer Sam Haberman, and saxophonist/percussionist Andrew Bernstein will return this June with Demand To Be Taken To Heaven Alive!, and as a preview, today they're sharing its first two songs "Eureka 378-B" and "Brain Of The Firm."
To help flesh out the bold sound of Demand To Be Taken To Heaven Alive!, Horse Lords enlisted bass clarinetist Madison Greenstone and trombonist Weston Olencki. The band also recruited their first-ever vocalists in Nina Guo and Evelyn Saylor, who bring an eerie introduction to the polyphonic, mathy one-two punch of "Eureka 378-B" and "Brain Of The Firm."
