Guns N' Roses were one of the many bands subjected to the great drumpocalypse of 2025 when Frank Ferrer, their timekeeper of nearly two decades, left the band. But that hasn't stopped Axl Rose, Duff McKagan, and Slash from chugging on: In December they shared the new songs "Nothin'" and "Atlas," and they played both live for the first time last night at their tour kickoff in Monterrey, Mexico.
Isaac Carpenter, formerly of Awolnation, is now drumming for Guns N' Roses. But there's been yet another lineup change: The day before their tour kickoff show, Guns N' Roses announced that Melissa Reese, their keyboardist of the past decade, would not be playing on this tour due to personal reasons. Watch them debut "Nothin'" sans-Reese below.
In other GN'R news, Slash is furthering his pivot to Broadway, having just announced his new role as co-producer and investor in the upcoming musical The Lost Boys. He shared a song he did for it called "Have To Have You" back in October.
