Son Lux Announce New Album Out Into: Hear “Endlessly”

"Are we having this conversation?" Ryan Lott sings early and often in "Endlessly." If the conversation is about a new Son Lux album, then yes, we're having it. The electronic rock trio, which matches Lott with Rafiq Bhatia and Ian Chang, is preparing to release Out Into, their first Son Lux full-length since their trio of pandemic-era Tomorrows albums in 2020 and 2021. In the interim, they've scored two hit movies, 2022's Oscar-winning Everything Everywhere All At Once and 2025's Marvel offering Thunderbolts* and released the EP Risk Of Make Believe.

"Endlessly" introduces Out Into with quivering vocals, inspirational messaging ("Love what you love/ Feel what you feel," etc.), and an overall Peter Gabriel vibe. The song was commissioned by the Bluecoats, a marching ensemble based in Canton, Ohio. "These songs are about losing and finding ourselves," Lott says. "How we lose ourselves in relationships, in work, in our children, in our pursuits and desires. So how do we find ourselves? How do we find each other?"
