Taylor Swift Announces Toy Story 5 Song “I Knew It, I Knew You”

Taylor Swift is back. The singer just announced a new song called "I Knew It, I Knew You" for the upcoming Toy Story 5 movie. The track comes out this Friday (June 5).

"You knew it! My new original song 'I Knew It, I Knew You' for Disney and @pixar's @toystory 5 will be yours on June 5th," Swift wrote on Instagram. "I've always dreamed of getting to write for these characters who I've adored since I was a 5 year old kid watching the first Toy Story movie. I fell instantly in love with Toy Story 5 when I was lucky enough to see it in its early stages, and I wrote this song as soon as I got home from the screening. Sometimes you just know, right?"

In late April, a countdown appeared on Swift's website, the graphics mimicking Toy Story's classic aesthetic of blue skies and white clouds. Toy Story 5 hits theaters June 19, which happens to mark 20 years of Swift's debut single "Tim McGraw." But the countdown disappeared after 10 minutes and Pixar director Shivani Khosla shut down the rumors. Then the countdown reappeared, and Pixar started leaving a ton of TS x TS clues over the past week including billboards and social posts, and Travis Kelce even posted a teaser. Well, now we finally have answers.
