The latest from rising alt-pop star Sophia Stel undergoes a beautiful metamorphosis. "Now I’ve Got A Lot You Know," which follows her other stunning one-off, "Molly In The Club," starts with a soft haze of synths and Stel’s vocals haloed in Auto-Tune. The song swirls in circles, its lyrics ruminating on an important love connection. The words spin in circles, like echoing in an empty room, before a punchy electronic hip-hop beat takes the track to new heights.
Stel wrote and produced "Now I’ve Got A Lot You Know." It comes with a self-edited video starring her two younger brothers, with whom she lives in Vancouver. The visual documents her journey over the last six months, from opening for Lorde at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles in May to embarking on a headline international tour.
