San-Fran indie-rock power-poppers Pardoner released their Peace Loving People album on the longstanding Bar/None label in 2023, and they followed it with the Paranoid In Hell EP in 2024. Two years later, their next LP is ready to rock.
Target Practice is dropping in October, preceded today by lead single "Twisted." It's crazy how much feeling they can wring out of the same old major 7th chords when the drums are banging and the guitars are cranked. Colin Burris on bass is a stealth MVP here, walking all over this song so it can fly.
