Drake Performs Iceman Songs Live For The First Time At Don Toliver’s Toronto Show

Stereogum readers love Drake, right? He's your favorite guy. You're like, "Damn, I wish someone would tell me when Drake finally performs the hits from his new album Iceman, which I enjoy so much." Well, we're here to let you know that Drake has now performed two of those Iceman hits at Don Toliver's Toronto show. What a relief, right?

I am being facetious here. No matter how we as a community may feel about Drake at any given moment, however, we must acknowledge that Iceman is 2026's biggest rap album, and it's among the year's biggest commercial records in any genre. (Drake's buddy Ella Langley is probably at the top of the leaderboard, but he's on there.) Drake hasn't played any of his own live shows since the release of Iceman, which came out in May alongside Drake's surprise records Maid Of Honour and Habibti. On Monday night, however, Travis Scott's protege Don Toliver played Toronto's Scotiabank Arena, and Drake popped out for a surprise appearance.

Drake and Don Toliver don't even have any songs together, but they're both on big commercial winning streaks right now, and it makes complete sense that they'd be mutual admirers. Near the end of last night's Toliver show, Drake came to the stage and performed his Iceman tracks "Shabang" and "Burning Bridges" before leading the crowd through a huge singalong rendition of the Lykke Li-interpolating Hot 100 chart-topper "Janice STFU." This was Drake's first time performing any of those tracks, and it's always kind of fun to see a Toronto audience absolutely lose its shit in Drake's presence. When that mini-set was done, Toliver and Drake had some nice things to say about each other. Watch some footage below.
