"Ghost's Host": That's not a song title that I ever want to try to say out loud. It would be a disaster. Those words would trip all over themselves coming out of my mouth. But New Jersey power-pop stompers Classic Traffic are brave enough to use that impossible-to-pronounce title from their latest single, a bittersweet midtempo rocker with an adrenaline-charged fists-up chorus.
Classic Traffic's new album Real Music (amazing title) drops tomorrow, and their last single "My Rage" made our list of the week's best songs. "Ghost's Host" is a nice reminder to check out the full thing when it arrives. Listen below.
Real Music is out 10/9 on Same View.
