In 2001, Extra Life leader Charlie Looker and Tyondai Braxton played in a band together (with Period's Mike Pride) called Antenna Terra. After that, Looker studied music at Wesleyan with Tyondai's father Anthony. The ongoing association/collaboration continues with Tyondai's insectoid scratch-implosion of Made Flesh's "Head Shrinker," giving the BTW their first pair of slippery dancing shoes.
