People like arguing about Nachtmystium. (They're sort of M.I.A. for metal kids.) So far I've posted Addicts's “No Funeral” -- aka "Burzum On The Dance Floor" -- and the melancholic Yakuza-assisted 8-minute closer "Every Last Drop." "Blood Trance Fusion" is one of the more concise blasts on the collection. Like everything on Addicts, though, it offers a few wrinkles (here, sci-fi synth tweaks, gurgles). Addicts: Black Meddle Pt. II is out 6/8 via Century Media. A few weeks ago I was asked if Haunting The Chapel would want to sponsor an upcoming North American Nachtmystium tour.
