Virginia's Dream Cop is multi-instrumentalist Tommy Davidson, who you'd expect to go by Thomas or Tom, because of the In Living Color guy. Teen Daze, who recently did remixes for Fol Chen and Local Natives, takes on Dream Cop's Beach Boys-sampling "Beach City / Carol I Know." If you like that, then perhaps you'll like "Marooned" as well. It's got a stiffer backbone.
