Downcast Swedish chanteuse Sarah Assbring, akaEl Perro Del Mar, is releasing a mini-album called Love Is Not Pop on April Fools Day. The first single's the lush, bittersweet, and surprisingly danceable "Change Of Heart," which you can hear at her MySpace. Studio's Rasmus Hägg co-produced, made it danceable.
