Yoko Ono brought the Plastic Ono Band to L.A.'s Orpheum Theatre this weekend, playing two nights with guests Sonic Youth, Iggy Pop, RZA, Perry Ferrell, tUnE-yArDs, and Lady Gaga. Gaga did "The Sun Is Down" with Ono, played piano for another song (then laid across that piano with Ono), and joined in on a huge "Give Peace A Chance" jam at the end (that's Thurston Moore, Carrie Fisher, RZA, Kim Gordon, and Harper Simon participating above). She shouted in a "gays in the military" message during "Give Peace A Chance," which makes the combined message something like, "Allow openly gay Americans to join the military, then keep them out of wars."
