Pete And The Pirates released "Winter 1" as a free download around Christmas time. It's a sample of what will be on their next album, scheduled for a May 2011 release. Much of their 2008 album Little Death, was wound-up Brit post-punk (they spent some time opening for Maxïmo Park, among others), and this one might be too, but "Winter 1" is a little more relaxed. The slow, simple organ line is very "96 Tears":
