PB&J's experiment with keyboards, samples, and drum pads on Living Thing met mixed reception, although I found a lot to love about the record's stronger tracks. Underneath the electronic cloak they're still one of the savviest and most effortlessly pop-smart bands around, so hearing their sticky melodies twisted into new shapes was a welcome break from their previous (awesome) incarnation. ...
