Longtime Anacortes songwriter Karl Blau's back with "Celebrate By Singing," a jazzy song from a new 10" called Max. When I wrote about his "Dark Sedan" in 2009 I said "no matter how sunny he gets, Karl Blau’s always sounded autumnal..." That holds true here.
