When all your members hail from the same Ivy League school and Cape Cod figures in the title of one of your catchiest tracks, music journos are gonna come up with some tags with which to handle you. "People call us Ivy League or preppy or whatever," VW singer Ezra Koenig told SPIN this month. "But those are such racially and socially loaded terms."
