Kneivel No Longer Thinks Kanye’s So Evil

That "Touch The Sky" video ended up eliciting more good times than anybody could've expected. We mean like, that video cost a million dollars, fam. It had Pam Anderson. It left West with no choice but to stage crash the EMAs. And it was the basis for the case entitled Knievel and K and K Promotions, Inc. v. Kanye West, Roc-A-Fella Records, LLC, Chris Milk and AOL LLC. If you don't remember, hit Smoking Gun for the gist: Evel Kneivel sued 'cause Kanye copped his unique, commercially valuable public likeness by calling himself "Evel Kanyevel," wearing the Evel Knievel jumpsuit, and even donning that EK belt buckle.

Well, all's well that ends well (and with a tidy out-of-court settlement). Kanye and Robert Craig "Evel" Knievel "have amicably resolved and dismissed the case." And then they posed for a photo:

There's hope for the Romantics and Guitar Hero yet! Now if only we could get Lil' Wayne and Super Dave Osbourne to bury the hatchet.
