New Order Form New Band Without Peter Hook

Last fall Peter Hook called late-period New Order an "empty shell." The guys have since filled up said shell by adding Blur bassist Alex James, labeling themselves Bad Lieutenant, and recording an album due for release in October. Details at NME.
