Following up on the expansive, show-stopping dramatics of "Interiors," Mirror Mirror have released another MP3 from their forthcoming album. Titled "Sick City," it is teeming and anxious as that title would suggest, swirling disembodied vocals with oscillating synths and a proper drum/guitar post-punk backing. It has a hook though it isn't easy listening. A song called "Sick City" probably shouldn't be.

Mirror Mirror's Interiors is out digitally 8/16, and physically 8/30, via RVNG.

Here's the video for its title track, "Interiors," directed by Mirror Mirror's David Riley and starring Rumi Missabu, "one of the last surviving members of the 60s San Francisco psychedelic drag troupe The Cockettes ... The focus here is on Rumi’s performance, which matches the song’s theme of living in one’s head, while somehow evoking Butoh dance, film noir and THX 1138."
