EMA's digital single of the harrowing Past Life Martyred Saints track "Marked" is out today, and the B-side is a stomping pill-addled howler named "Angelo." Oakland rapper MzGorjis adds a slurry verse, and amazingly enough, it actually fits in nicely. If Past Life Martyred Saints, easily my favorite album of 2011, didn't convince you that Erika M. Anderson is the heaviest songwriter working today, "Angelo" might do the trick. Stream both "Marked" and "Angelo" here (via Spin).
