The Mountain Goats are currently touring through the Southern states, and they're using the occasion to debut a few songs from a forthcoming album, which could be called Transcendental Youth, and which frontman John Darnielle has referred to as "the Satan record." Darnielle has reportedly played four new songs onstage: "Diaz Brothers," "In Memory Of Satan," "Transcendental Youth," and "Night Light."
