The hardnosed Queens rapper Meyhem Lauren has already released one of the year's best mixtapes in Respect The Fly Shit, recorded over one bleary SXSW weekend with two producers and a small army of talented and buzzy rapper friends. He's now followed that one up with the excellently titled and generally very fun Mandatory Brunch Meetings. This one is a more traditionally put-together mixtape, with a ton of producers and nowhere near as many guest-verses. Nevertheless, rappers like Action Bronson, Heems, and Lakutis show up, as do producers like Harry Fraud, the Alchemist, and Mike Finito. Stream or download the tape below.
