Just yesterday, Real Estate guitarist Matt Mondanile dropped a new track from his excellent psychedelic pop band Ducktails, and today, some news from his day job: Real Estate will be doing a very truncated "tour" in October, and they are in the studio now, almost done with LP3. Said a message on Real Estate's site:
We're also getting closer and closer to finishing work on our third album. Exciting! I would be very surprised if we did not play a number of new songs at these upcoming shows.
