The last album released by Seattle/Boston death/punk/crust band Trap Them, Darker Handcraft, was one of the musical highlights of 2011. The band is set to release the follow-up to that album, titled Blissfucker, in June. Today, Trap Them revealed the new album's cover art as well as its first single, "Salted Crypts." Like Darker Handcraft, Blissfucker is produced by Converge's Kurt Ballou, whose guitar sound is unmistakeable -- Black Breath, Nails, etc. -- although I don't think it's ever employed better than it is by Trap Them.
