Afghan Whigs released their reunion album, Do The Beast, earlier this year, and they played the track "Matamoros" on Letterman last night. The last time the band performed on the show, it was in 1996, around the time of their album Black Love. What have we learned from this new video? Afghan Whigs are still really, really cool. Even Dave gets pretty excited, exclaiming, "My god that was great! We have a winner." I think we can all agree that if there's a band that "won" Letterman, it's these guys, but this is still a hell of a performance. Watch below.
