AM, the album that the Arctic Monkeys released last year, is the sort of album that refuses to get old; its economic grooves and old-school rock-star sneer are rare things in an era where the entire concept of rock stardom is just barely hanging on. But even in the UK, where the band has minor-deity status, I have a tough time imagining the events in the "Snap Out Of It" video actually taking place. The clip takes place in a fancy house, where a pretty lady (the actress Stephanie Sigman) is watching grainy Arctic Monkeys studio footage and obsessing hard over it. I don't know if this constitutes rock-star fantasy or sheer creepiness, but it's not really all that plausible. Focus Creeps direct. Watch it below.
